Hello, loves!

I started out on my fitness journey as any other new mother...trying to get into shape, feel beautiful, and develop a lifestyle that I could pass on to my children. A HUGE change in my body, mind, and health -- as well as a passion to inspire others -- led me to where I am today: helping people just like myself get into the best shape of their lives, love the bodies that God gave them, and better their families' health along the way.  

My fitness philosophy is simple: eat REAL food, swap the treadmill for a pair of weights, and don't sweat the small stuff (like that silly scale, which will lie to you in a hot minute).  If you practice these tactics and trust the process, I promise you'll see REAL results.
